Engine normal operating temps

Question Engine normal operating temps?????

I have a 2004 F150 FX4, just added an Edge Evo and now my engine coolant temp will not go above 170 on warm days and 140 on cold days. I have confirmed this not indication problem because I have no heat coming out of vents. My engine temp is 140-170 my Oil temp is 170-190 and my Transmission is 150-165. I am going to change the Thermostat this weekend and hope it just happened to stick open after installing Evo. Any ideas if the thermostat is not a good fix also Please provide normal temps read with Evo's for comparison.

CoolantTemp around 194.
Oil Temp is around 180.
Trans Temp is around 150

I replaced my Thermostat, now all is Good
Oil temp = 180, Trans = 150, and Engine coolant = 194-196.
