Question Engine normal operating temps?????

I have a 2004 F150 FX4, just added an Edge Evo and now my engine coolant temp will not go above 170 on warm days and 140 on cold days. I have confirmed this not indication problem because I have no heat coming out of vents. My engine temp is 140-170 my Oil temp is 170-190 and my Transmission is 150-165. I am going to change the Thermostat this weekend and hope it just happened to stick open after installing Evo. Any ideas if the thermostat is not a good fix also Please provide normal temps read with Evo's for comparison.
