Well, Im wondering, when doing a tune up what ALL do you do to the vechicle, becides plugs and wires?

Today im going to be replacing the head gaskets, the motor has 128k miles, its a 5.0 efi on a 94 f150 xlt 4x4.

I had the tranny rebuilt and a rear main on within the last 2 months.

So what all should I do to it, I want to get my MPG up and make the engine run better.

So what all can I do to it, also, I DO NOT want to make the exhaust real loud, so taking the cat converter is out of the question
