towing 2003 F150 4wd with manual 4wd shift on floor

I need to tow my 2003 F150 for work. It has the manual 4wd stick shift on the floor.I need to know what I need to know what I must do to flat/dinghy tow it. Plus speed limitations, and maybe some ideas on attatching points to connect tow bar to it.
Thanks, Rod.

The owner's manual doesn't address flat towing with a manual transfer case. However, it says for 2wd, flat tow with transmission in neutral, not to exceed 50 miles and 35 miles per hour without pulling the driveshaft. Electric 4wd cannot be towed with any wheels on the ground.

You need to confirm this officially, but I THINK you can put the transfer case in Neutral and flat tow without restrictions, except common sense.
