Rancho Lift questions

Looking into a lift and I've always like the Rancho and it would fit my current tire set up nicely. Anyway, my main question is could I use the Bilstein 5100 shocks designed for 4-6 inches of lift instead of the Rancho shocks. Also, would I need to do any other mods, like a longer driveshaft or anything? As far as wheels what would you guys say black Moto Metal 951's or American Racing thug in teflon?

I'm almost positive you can use another brand of shock as long as they are for a 4" lift. You won't need to do any driveshaft mods, everything you need or need to do is included with the kit and instructions.

I'd get the AR rims.

If you're going to be getting Bilsteins for the Rancho, why not just get the RCD kit? It's a much better kit IMO.

I agree. Plus it is adjustable for 4 or 6 inches of lift.

get those teflon rims! they will look badass with your BFGs. make sure to put your white letters in when you mount your tires on black rims.
