Received my manual tensioner from a GB on LR.

Frikin lush piece.

I have a spare FEAD drive. The tensioner didn't fit tut tut.

So out came the hacksaw & grinder. Pair of lipped pulleys to finish it off.

Gonna have to slight shim the cog pulley. Also the mounting bolt sits under the adjuster arm so I need to polish the bolt head a little.

Finally picked up my custom 34 tooth cog. Fits DUB hubs.

Ah the joys of the 5.4 3v modulars in F150's. What a frikin nightmare!!!

Broken stud. Probably been gone for a while. And it took me an hours to get the OEM manifold out. As it sits. Dammmmm

Got the truck 90% finished. Just need to retorque the studs. Have a slight leak at the collector grrrrrr should have used to exhaust paste.

Anyhow. My homemade drill guide and Crap-On Extractor.

That was the easy part. Should have seen the ordeal getting that freaking dip stick tube out!!

Next up is a Gates 8MGT cog belt and she's then gonna whistle.
