Subwoofer and Amp Install

First off, I would like to say hey to everyone. I just signed up for this forum. I really think there are a lot of people who know what there doing.

Ok..I have a 2000 Ford XL Single Cab truck. I have an appointment tom. at an audio place in Houston. Here is the thing though I have so many options, and I dont know what is best thats why I signed up for this forum. Here are my options:

1) 3, 10" Alpine R subs in a custom made box (downfiring,or hitting up??? Really need to know which is best for the most bass) with a 1500 MTX amp, 400.2 Kicker amp for the 2 6x8's in the front which are not stocked.

2) 3, 12" Kicker CVR's with the same 1500 watt MTX amp, and all rest the same.

3) WILL 2 W6v2's fit in there also...If so that is another option.

I am looking for the setup which will give me some whoa bass and will be heard, but want it to sound Clean when i want it to. I would Gladly appreciate any Help at all.
