new system, bye bye to back seat

new spl system in my 99 ext cab. 3 x 12 inch concept audio subs, 1500 watt hifonics amp. subs are in a custom ported wavebox. this box is a monster. dimensions are 54" x 18" x 26". 4 of those 26 inches are port. it takes up all of my back seat.

i have not had it tested for spl but can't wait. i have been invited to comps but i am always working for more stuff for my truck.

next are components. i have already purchased a 6.5" component set and 5.25 component set. i need kick panels for the 5.25s. the amp i am going to run is a rockford 880. i also have a set of 4" speakers but i dont know what to do with them.

i can get my hand on 4 x 10" subs. i am going to switch my amp on the 12s to a rockford 1501, so i will have the hifonics 1500d open for something. dunno yet.

any suggestions on anything are greatly appreciated.

I just put in a set of kick panels. you'll LOVE THEM! If you want to run those 4's you can also run an extra wire from your cross-overs from your componets to the 4's , if they'll handle the power from the amp. If not just save them from something else. I have 5 1/4" s in kick panels, 6 1/2's in the front doors and 5 1/4" s in the rear doors. The 5 1/4 & 6 1/2 " component combo's in the front are PLENTY for your ears. Kick panels for your truck are $150 from www.crutchfield.com or you can find them on www.ebay.com for around $100 but they're not always listed. Good luck.
