The cold start and hot start routines are the same.
The difference is the CHT sensor and Intake Air Sensor has different values due to the temperatures, as the way the computer knows the difference between hot and cold starts for applications of fuel, ignition and timing.
If there is a temperature sensitive issue with a connector it could be the cause.
The IAC could stick closed. To test for that, hold some throttle on while cranking to give the motor some air.
If the engine runs from a cold start it's not likely that would be the issue.
Some one needs to use a Scanner to look at live data for the possible issue.
Are there any codes or CEL light set?
You have to go beyond changing parts and guessing.
Good luck.
