Nav/ sirius advice

I have a 2005 F150 sc Lariat with a audiophile 6-disc cd and mp3 capabilit radio no nav or sat radio I wanted to add an sirius starmate 5 using the aux button on the radio can anyone advise how to do that, also I see a oem nav unit with sirius on e-bay for $550 from a 07 how hard would this be to instill please advise and thanks in advance.
