Bronco (I know, not f150) headliner
Any bronco owners on here have a headliner on the camper? I want to add one and have an idea of what I want to do.
I want to peel n seal the top, then spray some adhesive onto that and then put on after market headliner. I am scared the spray won't stick to the peel n seal, so anyone have any ideas of what else I might consider? I am going to be adding a roof rack from and explorer so there will be holes drilled into the top before I do this and I want to make sure I do things right the first time.
Thanks,
Jason

Steve,
I read through your SM and see that you used tnuts. I can't seem to find any local so I was thinking about using the appropriate size bolt and nut with washers on the inside. Do you think that would work safely? I am not going to put anything heavy up there, maybe just tents and sleeping bags.
Your had allot of bolts going through to mount it, mine only has 2 per corner.

I still don't get what you mean. There's only 1 bolt hole at each end of each runner, so you can't put 2 no matter where you consider the corner to be. In any case: no - I don't think you can omit any fasteners. The rack isn't strong enough to be free-standing. It needs all the fasteners it can get. If you leave any out, be prepared to pay for whatever damage your roof cargo causes when it rips loose & goes flying thru traffic.
