Intake/Throttle Body Cleaning Tips

I'm planning on taking off my intake and throttle body tomorrow to clean it again. I didn't do such a good job the first time after seeing pictures of what a really clean one looks like, so I was wondering if anybody who has done this before has any good tips for doing it fast. I was even thinking I might could soak it in a couple of gallons of seafoam. Anybody ever tried that?

There's a guy on YouTube cleaning an intake with a propane torch and an air hose. He's blowing a flame through the intake and it's shooting out the other side about 2 ft. ! Anybody ever heard of doing this? It looks like something I'd have a great time doing, but I'm not sure I'm willing to try it with my truck.
