Which Schoche Adapter

I am getting ready to order a Rockford Fosgate Single Din MP3/CD player and I would like to use the Schoche(sp) adapter with the small cd slot but I am not sure which one it is. I know a few of you have used this and I was wondering if you recall the model number.
