I have to rotate my tires too. I used to do it myself with the mazda I had years ago. I should do it myself again with my truck. It just gets to be a hassle sometimes driving over to my parents house just to use the 6 ton floor jack and jack stands. I have a led third brake light coming in the mail but that will take all of maybe 10 mins to do myself. I wouldn't mind helping others out though.

As far as the 20th goes, I should be free that night too. I have a hotwheels thing to go to with my son and my dad that morning, but that's the only thing I have planned for the day.

 

Steeda, sounds like a plan. I would appreciate an extra set of eye on things. I had better check my schedule (wife, kids) to make sure of a date that would work out.

 

I know what you mean I have to still do that because the apartments I live in are asfault. I went to jack my truck up last night and my jack sank 4" into the tar, at which point i barely got the tire back on in time. So looks like I will be heading home to do it tonight.

 

So, does everyone want to get together this Saturday in Lincoln? I'm game if everyone else is.

 

Hello everyone - just found this thread. I don't usually frequent this section of topic for some reason. Usually nothing going on that involves my neck of the woods. But here I am! I didn't read all the pages up to this point - but it looks like there might be a Lincoln meeting? I would be game for that. Could be fun. I'll go back and read the pages when I'm not busy at work. Otherwise, count me in. Should be able to make something work.

JD790, glad you showed up on this thread. I have seen posts by you in the suspension threads, saw you were in Lincoln, then couldn't remember your screen name. I used to be here with a 2000 F150, then traded it in in 04. Now I'm back with a 99. Like your truck.

That sounds good to me. I have a hotwheels/Kmart thing in Omaha I have to go to around 9am and should be done around 10am. I can do anytime after noon I'd say. I'm thinking maybe would could do it around dinner or so. How does 6:00 sound to everyone?

 

I have to work on Saturday but will be done by 3:00. Anytime after that should be ok for me.

Well I think most of everyone in here is in the Lincoln area. I'm from Fremont so it will be a drive for me too. I don't really know my way around Lincoln but I'll bring a GPS unit so I have no worries. I think you should come. The more the better I say. I'd like to see all of us make it.
