I hear yuh...took awhile, but it came around.

 

I own a beautiful 2000 X with the 7.3..
It has 135,000 miles, an edge tuner set to economy and never moved, it is there only to monitor gets and boost...I tow a 7000lb camper...
Without the camper I get 21mpg hwy
Towing I get 17 mpg easy...

This is the best vehicle I have ever owned bar none.....it's basically stock exept for a 3 inch lift....

I have had multiple bids to buy it but I will never sell it....

The only downfall for this beast is the upkeep, oil changes are expensive...16 quarts of premium Rotella and a 2 quart filter...
And if the oil pan has not been replaced , count on a $2000 bill...but it's well worth it....
More power than you can use and when you cruise past anyone who knows engines, the stares and glances are priceless.....

But buy far the best part of owning this vehicle is being exempt from inspection in N.J.....
The look on cops faces is worth it all when I come to a dot checkpoint...they so want to pull me over and then they hear the rat tat tat of 444cu inches and wave me on...love it
