help with edge evo

bought a new edge evo for my 2000 ford f150 5.4... runs great on level 3, the problem is when i try and load a custom tune it runs horrible.. runs really rich, sucks alot of air, loops idle, threw a code for tp sensor doesnt match maf sensor? but all i changed was the tire size and gear ratio? any help would be great. thanks.

off topic bro sorry i cant answer your question. But did you run your truck alot with it on level 3? i have an 00 5.4l also and just put 33's and headers and i got a lean code for both banks and i think the level 3 will help with the loss of power from 33's and may help with the lean problem. Just curious if you drove alot with it on 3

First, your teminology needs a correction so you don't confuse others. You are not loading a custom tune, you are loading custom settings.

Next, what gears does your truck have and are you saying it defaulted to something else, yet ran good?

what gears is it defaulting to? When you go to set the gears, what is the reading? That is what does not make sense. If it is defaulting to something other than what you r truck has, it should not be shifting correctly and speedometer should be way off.

Ok, so it thinks you have 3.31, are you positive you have 3.55s?

If you downloaded upgrades, should not need it again. If you mean it came downloaded, I would download them myself. If you do, BE SURE TO RETURN TO STOCK FIRST!!!!

Always, otherwise it will be useless.

If you updated already, I think you should call Edge and talk to customer service.. It's is not normal for it to do that.
