Not really compatible with LINE-X because:

Warranty:
Factory - 36 mos/36K miles
LINE-X - Limited Lifetime

Repair:
Factory - Dealer can't fix it, original product not available.
LINE-X - Any LINE-X dealer can fix it with the original product.

Thickness:
Factory - Extremely thin, only about 50 to 60 mils. It's a slip resistant surface, but not a "bedliner".
LINE-X - About 125 mils on the floor.

Colors:
Factory - Black only.
LINE-X - Any color you want.

Fading:
Factory - Aromatic.
LINE-X - Aromatic or aliphatic, take your pick.

I was surprised to learn that Ford does not cover their drop in liners (you know, the ones that say "Ford". My dealer makes it a habit to put liners in pretty much all of the new inventory. Rather than risk having them ding and scratch my new truck, I told them just keep it in there (200.00). About 3 months later I developed 2 cracks along the top rail where the liner rolls over the front panel. Had asked the dealer if they would do anything about it, and their answer was an abrubt no, because it was an "after market" add on. Complete bs in my opinion. You might be better off doing the Line X.

When I ordered my truck lat month I planned on getting the factory spray on liner as part of the deal. After talking with the salesman he talked me out of it. The main reason was that Ford would only warranty the liner for 3 years or 36K mikes. Line-X has a lifetime warranty for just a little bit more money. I didn't know that the factory liner was half as thick as line-x.

Does anyone know if the tow hooks on the rear of the Raptor are bolted or welded?

When you go with Line-X, can they do custom decals/symbols, like the Raptor above? How much more for something like that?
