Filled up at the Mexican Water Trading Post in Teec Nos Pos AZ with 87 octane reservation gas. Drove through Shiprock NM and Farmington NM to Durango CO, spent the night and did a little driving around town. Went up through the Rockies through Alamosa and Walsenburg to La Junta CO. Picture taken in the Loves in La Junta before filling up. There were NO Interstate highways involved, I cruised at about 5 over the limit, cruise control wherever possible, went through several towns with traffic, and got 22.5 mpg.

WTF!!!!!!!! The most I have ever got on one tank was 409.7 when the light came on.

However, I did get ~175 miles on 1/4 (6.5-7 gals), which equals 25 or 26 MPG....I did have a tailwind of about 20 mph though...

My truck used to get 430 miles to a tank. I miss those days. Good thing I'm closer to work now.

I've managed 450 miles on a tank once or twice with almost no mods. I don't know how I did it, but I did it.

Yeah, I have done 450, but the light was on. This one was 420+ with it just under 1/4.

Less rotating mass which is the same premise as the efans.
