New Box Build, Among Other things!

So i finally got off my lazy Butt, and started my box. The Box will be a seal enclosure i'm shooting for 2.5-2.8 cubic feet. It will be for two JL Audio W6's. The box will be partial MDF and Fiberglass, i still have to decide where im going to pick up my fiberglass supplies.

Along with the build i will be upgrading my amp to a 1500 RMS, not sure what brand/Manufacture yet. And i will be throwing in some Deadening..

be sure to get a second battery, just in case you have some voltage drop.

Update

So i had ran into a few issues here and there but i am sorting them out as i go.. The W6's fit but not much room for Xmax in the rear when the seat is down. But that doesn't bother me, being that every time i play the subs loud i always have my rear seats up...

But here are more progress pictures.....

(this passenger side is still being mocked up)

Thank you,

Any one please feel free to throw in some constructive Criticism, as to i am always open to learn. And that this is my "real" first attempt at fiber glassing more then 50% of the box i can take all the help i can get!! lol

All i have to say is i hate that bracket with a passion that supports the passenger side seat...

Make sure you are adding plenty of bracing.

Mix the glass with 2-3% MEK amount. If more you will make a VERY hot mix and run the risk of the glass shattering under any loads. If less, enjoy waiting...

If you have any more questions HOLLA!
