I have this guy who has a 2005 Ford 150 with a 5.4L and is looking for High Flow Cats. Does this Truck have the 2 Cat Set Up and are the O2 Sensors Located before and after the pipe or are they in the middle of the cat? Any Answers would be appreciated.

Some 05's have 2 cats some have 4 it just depends on when it was built. The best way to check is to crawl under and look.

 

2005 trucks assembled in 2004 have 4 cats, in order it goes, front O2s, pre-cats, rear O2s, rear cats.
