ONELOWF did it, heres a pic from his gallery. Its a different head unit, but the same apllies to us.

When I up my boost (if this motor will ever let loose) I plan to run 15-17 psi and the 8 rib is a must.

What would you have to do about the tensioner on the P-chargers? Did he have someone personally turn the pullies or is there a company that makes them?

they make 8 rib head pulleys for P1SC and F1's, I would just modify a tensioner to fit and then we'd have the option to use lightning / harley lower crank pulleys

either way with the low restriction intake I've got coming (CDB03STX is getting the first one) and this possibility of the 8 rib belt setup I may be able to offer complete bolt in upgrade kits

It looks like the tensioner is the most difficult to modify as it runs the belt between the mounting plate and the tensioner arm.. If you can buy one far an 8 rib, then the rest will be just pulley changes.
Here's a photo of WLF's Powerdyne 6 rib set up with the ATI tensioner. This is where I got the idea for the Paxton set up I made.

I am curious as to why you want an 8 rib belt.

Belt slippage would be my only concern. I know some have added another idler pulley which gives more "wrap around" across the charger pulley. An 8 rib maybe overkill for 12 lbs.

Do you have any slipping problems?

I don't see why not. Man, 18 psi is going to rip. Will the S/C produce/sustain that much?

Not with the belt setup ATI uses on these trucks. 12# pulley with the shift points dialed up can cause some mild orbiting of the belt which causes a bit of slippage. You wouldn't notice it by looking at the gauge but it shows up when datalogged. An 8-rib pulley setup would be ideal with a 12# pulley and I would love to find a cost effective way to do one.

My P1 procharger starts slipping shortly after I tighten it back up. I want more boost, but my tuner says it is spinning as fast as it can and be effecient. It shows 13 lbs or more, so what head unit would I need for about 15 to 20 lbs of boost depending on what size pulley is on it? Then I would sure want a 8 rib belt, or go to a cog system.
