No kidding, you got a great price. This is my first post but I have been a lurker here for about a month.

I just got back from picking mine up from the local guy here and it cost me $575 all in with tax. He is the only guy on Long Island who does it, he bought a franchise out east and one out west and is in the process of buying a third to cover the middle of the island.

Kind of sucks because he has the market cornered and is basically naming his own price. Rhino would have been $500

I also like the Ford emblem.

Looks good but it also looks like they didn't pull the bed bolts first or remove the plastic pocket covers.

Sometimes you cannot remove the bolts, the bit just breaks!

Using a certain technique, the bit will rarely break.

Consider yourself lucky you got the Ford logo. Ford attorneys wrote LINE-X a letter telling them to stop applying the Ford logo several years ago. I have the stencil, but I don't use it. The logo looks GREAT, I wish someone at Ford would lighten up.

I was hands down sold on the DualComp now I'm beginning to lean towards Line-X for my 07 King Ranch (6.5' bed).

My only fear is that since it does expand and contract, will it pop off the bed during the hot / cold extremes we get here in Iowa?

Mine is 5 years old and hasn't popped off the bed. I do not believe Line-X would come off that way. I do not think Iowa has any more extreme weather than we do in New England.

That's good to hear. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that your area more extreme weather, so if it's OK for you then I'm sure it'll work really well for me.

I just picked mine up a few minutes ago, and they also pulled everything on mine before spraying it. All i can say is it looks great, now i just have to go pull off the window decal they stuck on.
