Tire Upgrade

I have a 2010 F-150 XL 4X2 Max tow super cab with original 245/75-17 rims and tires. My question is, can I install 275/65R/18 rims and tires without installing a lift or leveling kit?

I would assume so, those are the same size as my stock tires. I am pretty sure they are only around 32" tall.

The 275/65/18's are the stock size for a 4x4 with 18"wheels, they will definitely fit. You may need to get a tuner to readjust your speedometer or go to the dealer and and have them do it. Since you are going to another stock size, the dealer can adjust it, but you will most likely have to pay them about an hour of labor, way cheaper than buying a tuner for just a size change.
