Transmission Double Shifting ???

Got my truck back and yes it was the plugs.
Thanks for everyone's input as you were correct.
I'm glad the cost was only $600 out the door, tax included.
I submitted my my Ford claim for the spark plug class action suit, and hopefully I will see my $3.60 check before the end of the year, haha.

Same Issue
I have the same issue with my 2006 F150, I have replaced all 8 coils and plugs(my mechanic did) with the ford OEM plugs and coils. I still have the same problem. It is driving me crazy. What else can it be? Fuel Injector? I have had it at the dealership twice and they never get a code. Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

Without knowing if they looked at the misfire counts for each cylinder to be sure their are none or they are low and within limits, it's hard to know what to do..
Diagnostics must be done to see the fault otherwise it's just guessing or luck.
Codes are only the 'first level' of diagnostics. Never stop at that level or you have what you have.
A Scanner in the hands of someone who knows how to interpret the data is the only way.
This is often the bigger issue until that is done.
I know it's difficult to challenge a dealer service department as a customer but it has to be done by some one.
Good luck.
