Yes I promised for a burnout vid, had 2 issues,

1) Driveshaft : Needed a few tweeks @ the machine shop (SOLVED )

2) Slave cylinder : The stock Slave cylinder wasn't holding up good since its very old, in the process of looking for a replacement and should be done ASAP.

I need to blow out the tires guys.. trust me I will have no mercy on those rubbers

since you removed the 4wd transfer case and front driveshaft, what did you do to the front axle assembly? Did you leave the gears in it, etc?

Update : Everything is fixed up, took her for a run around the block to make sure everything works great, burns 1st gear with 1/4 throttle LOL. Issue is that turns out the front 4x4 spindles and Rotor hub couldnt function good with out the axle in place and for that it was not safe to move as bearings of the front hub heated up and jammed..

Need help finding Ford lightning front arms, spindles, hubs so I can drive this Hoe. any info on where I can find a good used set ?

will the 2wd arms and spindles fit in place of the 4wd's?

I'd assume the upper arm mount is the same, but the lower?

I don't think they will fit. On my lifted 2wd none of the 4wd components would even come close so I'm figuring vise/versa. The frame is completely different up front. But any thing is possible. Look there's a gt500 engine in a 97 f150 lol

I may be wrong but as far as I know the lower control arms are the same with the exception of the steering stop on the back side of the arm. I made my own adjustable stops with 1/2 inch stainless hardware. Belltech makes nice spindles with 2 inch drop. Upper arms are the same which leaves coils and shocks. O.E. coils and belltech street performance shocks. I also used hellwig swaybars which made cornering well controlled. Depending on the amount of lowering you want a porta band can adjust the O.E. coils at whatever increment you want. Hope this helps. Good luck.

the 4wd and 2wd lowers are completely different, there should absolutely not be a torsion bar keyway in a 2wd lower, but as for 2wd f150 and lightning control arms, they are interchangeable
