Modified EGR tube with Walker High temp AIR tube repair hose & stainless clamps. Also, brass nut for manifold/header connection.

Brass nut package from Lowe's. Smaller female threaded end drilled out with 7/8" Uni-bit. This clears the pipe thread from that end and allows it to slip over the cut tube.

Left side resonator & re-positioned "forward" O2 sensor. Cross member not installed at this time.

Left side "rear" 02 sensor with MIL eliminator installed. These were $3 a pair at Autozone as 18mm spark plug non-fouler. Drilled ends out to 1/2".

First time welding with stainless wire. Much more "splatter" with it versus carbon steel wire. Small rag fire noticed after lifting the face shield. Oops!
