b - There's two (barely visible) tabs to pop out. Take it easy... a flat screwdriver and a little twist is all it takes.

e - Now Undo these connectors. Easy does it. Literally. Each plug has a little "tang" that retains it in the socket. Press the tang, pull the plug. I broke one of these on a windstar before I figured it out. If it's hard to undo... you're not doing it right.

- Remove the speaker grille. Again... take it easy. This comes off really easily but it's made out of glass, or spun sugar. Do not use violence! There's 6 or 8 tabs holding it in, a little twist with a slotted screwdriver will pop each one in turn.

a - Unplug speaker... these plugs, once again, come apart really easily, with one hand. Press the retaining tang, pull the plug. Aggression will not be rewarded. There are plastic "cups" which the screws screw into. Remove the lower two with a firm tug (with a pair of needle nose pliars).

- Gently lift the door panel UP... you're in! See the (upper) two plastic cups for the speaker screws (just above the date/time in the photo). The lower ones must come out to allow the panel to move upward.
