The brakes on my 97 F150 shortbed, 2WD, 4.6 auto have never inspired a lot of confidence, but with the addition of a 1500 lb trailer, the situation has worsened. I've driven an F350 SuperDuty diesel, and the brakes were RIGHT THERE. I've read that the F150 Lightning is equipped w/SuperDuty brakes, so the question arises: Can my brakes be upgraded to SuperDuty type brakes??
