I changed my front brakes this weekend and had to bust the front rotors off with a 20 lb. s hammer to remove them. Come on ford give me a break...

Beleive it or not, that is pretty typical for rotors that are "floating" on the hub. I have heard that some needed to use penetrating oil or heat to remove them. When I first did my wife's brakes ( coming from Oklahoma), I had to beat them too!
