Uneven wear

I recently had to have my front rotors turned and replace the front pads on my 2000 F150 at 26,000 mi. I noticed an unusual wear pattern. The inner pads wear about 1/3 faster that the outers and the right outer pad has bearly polished the newly turned rotor in 500 mi. The sliders are free and well lubricated and everything is correctly torqued.

Am I getting too much caliper flex? Do I really need to replace the piston seals this early? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin

Piston seals might help, it seems that the piston may not be sliding back the way it should and the pad is dragging against the rotor. I don't know if it's worth it to find a rebuild kit and spend the time fixing the caliper. Probably would be easier to throw a new loaded caliper on there.
