will 285/60/16 fit on stock rims?

Just like the subject says... will they fit? also... anyone have any pics of what they look like? I can get a set of 4 goodyear gtII's for $300 brand new and I'm thinking of upgrading. I would like to know these things though.

The tires are a little too wide for stock rims. 285/60R16 have a recommended rim width of 8 - 9.5" , stock rims are probably only
7" maybe 7.5" width.

it's cool... i'm gonna put some Kumho ECSTA STX 275/70/16 tires on my 16x7 aluminum rims. They should fit ok. The best part about those tires is that they are 320 a/a so they are real sticky

I've got 275/60's on mine now with no problems. I think I'm going with the 285 Eagle GTII's next time also.
