I got mine from a local wheel and tire store. I also got 2 other sets there expensive but its gonna take alot of work to get my rims off. I payed 20 dollars for the mcguard's and less for the other 2 ones. I would say check around where you live someone is bound do have a set.

This is what my research uncovered ...

McGard is the best on the market according to a huge wheel and tire center guy I talked with. They can't buy the McGard Wheel Locks from McGard directly! Ford made a deal with McGard to make wheel locks for the '99 L trucks/wheels to sell through Ford SVT Dealer exclusively. However, you can order them from a Ford Dealer if you have the Ford Part Number. Ordinary Ford Dealers can't look up Lightning part numbers (because they are not SVT Authorized) without a part number. But, with the part number any dealer can order SVT Parts. Here is the Ford Part Number for the McGard Wheel Locks (12mmx175) for the '99 F150.

Ford Parts #: F852-1AO43-AA

Retail cost: $41.47
Wholesale: $34.31

I got mine at a local Goodyear tire shop for $20. I saw the ones at Ford and not only are they overpriced but they are for stock wheels, meaning they where black and ment to be covered by the stock nut cover cap. Whereas the ones I bought are nice and chrome! I guess it doesn't matter if you have stock wheels but I thought I'd give you a heads up!
