14mm is what I was told. Might want to play for a few more replies to double check that.

I think it depends on the package that your truck came with.
I have the 4x4 w/ offroad package and have the 17" tires, and mine are 14mm.

but to know for sure, just remove the hub cap from one of the wheels and you will see a code on the wheel by the lug nuts. mine is 17x7.6J 14 (that's 17" x 7 1/2 x 14mm)

that will tell you for sure...
