New Tires
I'd like to change the stock Generals that came on my '01 Screw. I'm not really loving the way they stick to the ground when it's a little wet. I'm also worried about their performance during a New Jersey winter. Any help would be appreciated.

Really depends on what you do. I've got a 4x4, but like most, it really only sees pavement. I've got just a good "AT" type of tire. It has two "channels" for water to sqeeze out from. So far I'm pretty impressed with them. Had them in snow only once, but it was just around my house one day. No mud yet, but have been in wet grass, and I didn't spin at all (I was in 4H). Wild Country Tires

I notice that your truck has Wild Country tires. I recently moved to Spokane, WA & the Wild Country brand is new to me, but many people in this area swear by these tires from Les Schwab.
How do you like your Wild Country tires? They seem to have a good load rating (D), which is important because I tow 7000 # with my 5.4L F150 S'crew.
Have you ever compared the Wild Country tires to BF Goodrich All Terrain tires?

I'm actually not sure of the "actual" manufacturer of the brand, but they are made in the good ol' USA! I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer for over 10 years.
This is my first set of Wild Country "APT" (my first truck), but my dad has used them forever on his rigs. He has the "RVT" version. They also have a "TXR" that has a more aggressive (mud) tread. You also see them on every other truck around the NW. You should be able to get load range "E" as well.
All the other Les Schwab tires I've had on my cars have been great. Toyo, Falkin, Grand Am.......
They have great customer service too. Will fix any flat for free, even if not their tire. Will usually rotate for free too. If you have bought the tires from them, you get free balance as well.
I've not really compared to BFG, but I notice that Les Schwab now sells them too! I just know the BFG's cost more, but I'm sure they perform well too.
