Anyone know what hose this is? It’s barely con

It is barely connected above (and certainly not tight)

and not connected below (just above rear differential). Is it a brake vacuum line?

I couldn’t find that as an option on Amazon.

The barb wasn’t attached to anything. And, the hose dangling from about was brittle at the end (and can’t possibly hold a vacuum).

Errors:
Misfire at startup
Cylinder 1 and 5 misfires
Hard brake pedal (new master and booster).

The differential vent is not a vacuum hose, it attaches to the axle housing and the other end does just hang loose.. What are your truck details, please? It won't cause any issues if it's not connected.
