Question ABS brake light

1992 F-150 Supercab, 4X4
ABS brake light comes on when truck is started, stays on for about 5 minutes while vehicle is in motion, goes off and comes back on intermittently.

If there is a computer on those models, then it's a problem w/ the sending unit. If there isn't a comp, possibly a wire just behind the dash that controls the emergency lights perhaps........?

I had the ame problem with my Bronco...found out it was that it was slightly low on brake fluid. When i pressed on the brakes or drove the light would flash off and on as the sensor got oil on it. I had to change the front brakes at the time also because as the brakes wore more they required more fluid to push them in further. Check it out, it only takes two seconds.
