2004 f150 wheels compatibility.

You can buy any wheels you want.......as long as they fit! Make sure that you have the correct bolt pattern and backspace. Your OEM wheels are hub centric. Most aftermarket wheels are lug centric. You will probably need new lug nuts......whatever type of lug nut which the wheels are designed to use.
Your bolt pattern should be 6X135. Your wheel lugs need lug nuts with M14X2.0 thread pitch. Your center bore is 87.1 mm.
These are all things that you do not really need to know. You just need to go to a good wheel & tire shop. They could easily enter your vehicle into their system, and be able to show you what they have that fits your truck. If you go to a shop which doesn't know how to look up compatible inventory, or measure and do the math.......then you need to go to a different shop.
