Tire size change

I have P275/65/18 Wranglers on my F150 (basically the stock tires). They are worn and need replacing and I went to see a second hand set today with excellent remaining tread and in great shape for a good price but they are 265/65/18. Can I put these tires on my truck without any side effects?

What are the tire sizes listed on the door jamb sticker?

Truck details, please.

The truck is a 2013 F150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew. I don't haul anything and I don't ever put anything heavy in the back of the truck. If you need any additional info please let me know.

Okay - can you get some data off the sidewall of the "new" tires - such as max load, max inflation pressure, and are they straight P, XL, or LT?

I'm thinking you should be okay, but you may have a hard time finding a tire shop that will install them on your truck for liability reasons.

I'm not sure, I'll have to check. All I know is they were stock tires off a GM Silverado 1500 4wd Extended Cab, Michelin LTX A/T 2 comes to mind.
