Need cheap lift alternative

Hey I'm starting to "build" my 04 F150 and I need to clear 33" Atturo Trail blade mt tires on 20x12 wheels it's already has a 2 1/2" leveling kit, I domt mind some cutting but I don't want to spend a ton of money on a lift
Thanks

Body lift and install it yourself, otherwise bust out the sawzall. Theres no cheap real cheap way to gain the lift you need.

I once asked a similar question to an experienced buddy, I did a bit of research and I found that body lifts can be a bit cheaper. Bt then he told me it's still better to get suspension lifts because the upgrade is also functional, not just aesthetic. You'd get a better deal when you buy the lift and have it installed in the same shop.

If you can install a body lift yourself, it will be your least expensive option. But the 04-09 F-150's are one of the most difficult truck to install a body lift on.
