The tread life won't be much if you run them on the street all the time. I'd expect less than 25-30k out of them with regular rotations.
As for road manners, these are some of the better interco tires out there. From what I've read and heard they balance easily, they don't ride as rough and aren't nearly as squirmy on the road compared to the rest of the tires in the interco family. They do get loud though. And they're pretty picky on air pressure to get proper wear.
