I replaced the RABS hyd valve in Spring 2012. I have worked on other areas of the truck the past two years and need to get the soft pedal taken care of. The system has been pressure bled and the hyd valve bled, but pedal still drops a good 2-3 inches before firming up, equal to the accelerator pedal, but not completely bottoming out.

Does the Ford dealer have a Scan Tool that can be used to properly bleed the RABS valve, as mentioned in my Haynes Manual? Or, do I bleed it the same as other 4 bleed fittings?

The dealer should be able to cycle the ABS while bleeding
