Hello I got 18x9 rims with -12 off set... 4" back spacing... On 35s... I can't find a pic of how far they will stick out!! Please help me out!!! I have a 2000 4x4 f150 will these rub with a 5" lift?

They should be fine , back in the good ol days you could just buy some wheels and tires and throw them on and down the road you went ... I can't find an affordable wheel with the back spacing / offset I need so I'm staying stock for now I know there's plenty that would fit but I'm not spending more than 150.00 a wheel . That's about the same backspace/ offset as I needed but in a 17" and I'm only level ...w/ that lift you should be fine ...
