Brake pads and rotor question

4 wheel parts has a deal on powerstop rotors and pads for 158 bucks plus free shipping and 25 dollar rebate so im leaning towards picking them up.

Just wondering if anybody is running similar stuff or should I go with EBC stuff instead.

I have 33's on 18's and will be hauling a four wheeler and dirt bike a lot this summer.

thanks

In 40 plus years as a tech I have found that you can not beat OE. If you buy from a dealer and they bring out to pretty box with Motorcraft logo tell them you want the brown box. It
will have the Ford logo and part number. This is what your truck left the factory with or the current revision and what is used in service. The Motorcraft part is their aftermarket part. If you must have aftermarket I have found the best to be Wagner ThermoQuiet. This pad has cured many vehicles with brake squeal issues, stops well and does not excessively dust the wheels.

I had rotor warpage problems on my 95 Mark VIII front brakes. I installed Powerstop rotors and I didn't have any more problems in the time that I owned the car after that which was a year or two. I think Powerstop makes a good rotor, better than stock on the Mark. My 2 cents.

I used powerstop on my truck. I liked them. Had slotted/drilled on both ends. With ceramic pads. Well better then stock, that's a good price .
