Need some rim advice.

I've been looking for some rims for my 99 f150 and I'm not sure on some things. Back spacing: if I want an aggressive stance, 1-2 inches outside the fender what back spacing should I get? And how wide should I get? I have 16" rims in 265/75/16. Pictures would be nice as well. Thanks.

4-4.5" backspacing on a 9-10" wheel with around a 12.50" wide tire would put you about where you want to be.

But the actual tire size you can fit without rubbing depends on whether your 4x4 or 4x2 and whether stock height or lifted.

These seem to be popular. At lease they were when I was looking for the same set up.

Ion Alloy 171 Polished
Size: 16x10
Bolt Pattern : 5x135
Offset : -38 (3.5" backspacing)

I installed these last month with the lift. They will fit if you jack up your Torsion bars and some trimming. You don't need a lift for these to fit.

I am running General Grabber at2 305/70/16 (cheapest good looking tire I could find, so far they are awesome. Not a lot of road noise either)

Hope this helps...

I'm surprised how little backspacing y'all can run without the tires sticking out that far. I know why that's the case, but 3.5" of BS on my truck would be equivalent to like 14" wide wheels lol.

Your factory backspacing is pretty high, iirc like 5.5 or 6". Ours is like 4.5" from factory haha. So it's not much of a change for us.

Yeah, I think ours is 6". My current wheels have 5.5" and my 275s stick out just a little from the fenders. 20x10s on 35s with 4.5" stick out a LOT.

Those look good. That's about the same look that I want as far as offset and stance and what not. I've cranked my torsion bars a little bit, but left about 1" of room to keep from breaking anything haha. It's pretty close to being level but it's like maybe 1/2" off.
