4x2 Largest possible Tire size

Hello everyone, guess I too want to pick of few minds, I have a 99 ext flairside, with a 3 inch body lift, a 3 and a half inch upper control arm and coilspring lift and a 3 inch spindle lift a total of 9and a half inchs in the front, in order to level it out they recommended just 4 inch blocks in the back but the truck was to low in the back so I added 6 inch blocks and a set of add a leafs and it put the truck out level, I've stepped the front bumper out about a inch to a inch and a half so here's the big question, I have a set of Weld 16.5 x 12 Outbacks and would like to go with the SSR Radial 37 x 12.50 x 16.5 or the TSL Radial 38 x 15.50 x 16.5, am I gonna make it or what does anyone else say about the biggest tire size I can go. and if I can make 37's or 38's or whatever size , what gear ratio should i put in the back.
