Aggressive looking tires mud/road (35"s)

Hello I have a 2000 5.4 f150 XLT... As of right now all I have is a leveling kit but I want a 4-5" rough country lift and 35" tires... I would say 80% of my driving is road and the rest off road... But I want aggressive looking mud tires and want the humming noise... So what tires would fit 16" or 17" Micky Thompson rims and are 35"s... And witch tires would wear down slowly from road driving and still look good like these. When I say aggressive I mean big deep tread...

THANKYOU! Please comment

toyo mt will last 50k easy, much longer than others. but because toyo is so expensive and top of the line, their mt is also the quietest, but you will still hear the roar.

i dont know why you would want the roar, but if that is a big priority try the nitto mud grappler. rode on a 37x13.5 set of those on a brand new duramax and literally couldnt have a conversation on the freeway. sounded like a single engine prop plane

90% of all mud tires are available in that size.... What's your price range? Any brand preference?

I agree with Jdeacon my brother got 35 nitto mud grapplers on his dodge and he says you can't call him anymore when he's driving because he can't hear a word you say. It does sound like a small engine plane

Mud Grapps don't last for crap though. But they are super loud, and I like that.

Can't beat trail grapplers... little bit of road noise with the more mileage you get on them. Pretty soft and perform awesome on and offroad. Ive got 35k miles on mine a litttle less than half tread. They might not last as long on a a truck cause of the weight but then again they might be about the same since mine see weekend trails, rock crawling, hard driving on the street with low gears and lockers. Oh yeah and they look mean as hell. Just another one you should look into.

I'm a Toyo M/T fan. I've had 5 sets and never any complaints, well except the damn price.

Another thing to mention is that Nitto (Trail Grapplers) and the Toyo (Open Country mudders) have the same parent company and are very similar tires. So maybe you can see the general direction that these guys are pointing you in . . .

Big mud terrains are pretty durable...

I got 32k on my last set of Hercules Trail diggers, the fronts were trashed by bas ball joints, the rears were still about 50% tread left... Super aggressive tread, not too noisy, but definitely have the mud tire hum.
