Opinions on my brake job
Motorcraft rotors are $66 front, $62 rear from RockAuto. I bought a couple Wagners for around $50 each for the front.
Don't worry too much about it. The important thing is you manned up and got the brakes taken care of before winter.
And next time, do them yourself. Literally, the only thing you'll need is a jack, a set of metric wrenches/sockets, and a C clamp. It's that easy.

Yeah, should have just bought new.
So really they didn't give you a price for the brake job. They gave you a price for a bunch of things!!!!!!
Think doing it yourself is better in any run. My guess is you need your truck to do some of those things around the new house. So doing the brakes can be added to the new house things that need doin!!!!!! By proxy.
As long as your happy everything else is Irrelevant.
