Rear discs

A co-worker had a question about changing out the rear rotors on his f-150 with 4 wheel disc brakes. Is it possible to pull the rotors without pulling the axle? And how labor intensive is the process?

yeah. Just unbolt the caliper from the caliper bracket and then remove the rotor. You may need to back off the parking brake shoes to get it off.

Here is a picture of the M2300G kit for the explorers and rangers. Looks identical to the F150s rear disc, but smaller:
