Thumbs up oversized tires and mileage

Hi, I have extremely oversized tires on my F350. They are 39". I already know this throws off the odometer and speedometer (even though I just had it tuned). If the odometer says 61,000 but should say 72,000 (for example) which amount is actually engine miles? I don't know how to word this well, but I hope you can understand. What I am trying to find out is if the extra mileage is engine wear, or just suspension wear. Thanks

If I'm understanding you correctly about what your asking, the total mileage (even what your not seeing) is on the whole truck, not just any specific part. So it'd be 72,000 miles for the entire vehicle, every part, given the numbers you used for an example.
