need tpms help

I have just purchased a set of Fuel wheels for my 13 F150 with tpms installed but I can't get my truck to reset to them. I have done what the manual says to do but when I let the air out of the tires it still does not reset. Any help would be appreciated.

In more than one case, it has been found that the best thing you can do is purchase a reset tool. The newer procedure (let air out) does not always work. You can get the dealer to do the reset, but basically what he will do is use a reset tool.

Edit - If you get the tool, you can follow the procedure to reset the sensors at the following site. Just download the 2009 owners manual. That year did not use the lower air pressure method. It required a reset tool.

Put new wheels on mine with new sensors.......drove about 20 minutes and the light went off and set themselves without any reset tool.. For a test, I lowered pressure on one and the alarm went off. So, for mine anyway..no resetting necessary .

There is actually a relearn procedure that will reset your TPMS. Do you have a standard ignition or push start?
